Boss Sweetener

Boss Sweetener is designed to soften and improve the energy between you and a boss, manager, supervisor or other professional authority figure. The working focuses on encouraging greater favour, receptivity, appreciation and smoother interactions, particularly when the relationship feels tense, overly critical, distant or difficult to navigate.

This can be used when you want your efforts to be received more positively, communication to become easier, or an authority figure to become more receptive towards you and your contributions. The intention is not to control their decisions, but to sweeten the existing professional dynamic and encourage greater goodwill in your favour.

OPTIONS
BASIC BOSS SWEETENER
A simpler working focused on one professional relationship and one clear intention, such as improving rapport, encouraging greater appreciation, softening tension or creating more favourable interactions.

A customised sigil is created specifically for the working, alongside removal of blockages directly interfering with the intention and protection placed around the spell. No additional herbs, crystals, oils or ritual ingredients are used. Best suited for relatively straightforward workplace dynamics where you simply want the relationship to become warmer, easier and more receptive.

ADVANCED BOSS SWEETENER
A more extensive working for professional relationships involving stronger resistance, tension or complicated interpersonal dynamics. The intention can be customised around several interconnected areas, such as favour, receptivity, recognition, communication and how your work or presence is perceived.

The working includes a customised sigil, deeper blockage removal, road opening where required, protection around the spell and an extensive selection of herbs, oils, crystals and other ritual ingredients chosen specifically for the situation.

WHAT THIS WORKING DOES NOT DO
Boss Sweetener is not Domination. It does not guarantee promotions, salary increases, favourable performance reviews or force an authority figure to approve every request you make. Its purpose is to improve receptivity and create a more favourable interpersonal environment around you.

It also cannot compensate for poor performance, workplace misconduct or structural issues within a company. If your actual goal is career advancement or recognition rather than improving the relationship itself, Career Attraction or Success Alignment may be more appropriate.

HOW MAGICK WORKS
Sweetening work generally manifests through subtle shifts in how someone receives and interacts with you. Your boss may become easier to communicate with, more receptive to your ideas, more appreciative of your contributions or generally warmer and more cooperative towards you.

Sometimes having someone view you more favourably creates opportunities indirectly, but the working does not dictate what they must subsequently do.

For clients seeking both better professional favour and greater career advancement, Boss Sweetener can be paired with Success Binding depending on the intention.
