Cycle Breaking Reading

Please include a valid email address at checkout, as this will be used to deliver your completed reading and any relevant booking information.

The Cycle Breaking Reading is a focused PDF reading designed to uncover the recurring emotional, behavioural or relationship cycle you are currently caught in, where it originated, what continues to keep it alive and what needs to change for you to finally move differently.

Rather than simply telling you to “let go” or “choose better”, this reading looks beneath the pattern itself. We explore the subconscious beliefs, emotional wounds, survival responses and choices that may be contributing to the cycle, including the parts you may unknowingly be reinforcing yourself. The purpose is not to assign blame, but to give you enough clarity to recognise the pattern while you still have the power to interrupt it.

WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE
• What recurring cycle am I currently being asked to break?
• Where did this pattern originate, and what continues to keep it alive?
• What is this cycle trying to teach me about myself?
• What needs to change within me for this cycle to finally end?
• What guidance do I need to consciously move forward differently?

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE
A personalised PDF reading exploring your cycle from its roots to its present-day expression, followed by practical guidance, personalised reflection questions and journal prompts to help you consciously work with what comes through.

Please allow 2–3 business days for your completed reading to be prepared and delivered. Each reading is written individually and tailored specifically to you and your situation.

This is not a predictive reading designed to tell you whether the same situation will happen again. It is designed to help you understand why it keeps happening, recognise your power within the pattern and begin making choices that stop giving the cycle somewhere to repeat.
